‍Supporting creatives in Colombia’s Pacific Coast

About Us

Pazifican Arts is a cultural non-profit working alongside creatives in Colombia, particulary in regions affected by violence, inequality and economic hardship. Through music and community-led collaboration, we support artistic projects that create opportunity, resilience and social change.

Our work also brings Latin American music and culture into new spaces, opening up opportunities in Northern Ireland to foster meaningful creative connection between musicians across borders.

Our approach

Pazifican Arts is shaped by long term collaboration with communities in Colombia and respect for local knowledge. We equip artists in areas of violence with the resources needed to create their own creative pathways. Through the arts, we facilitate community-led approaches that offer creative and alternative responses to some of the most challenging social environments.

Community-led collaboration

We develop collaborative projects on the ground in some of the most challenging environments, ensuring work is shaped by local knowledge and lived experience. These projects create pathways for young people in contexts affected by conflict, supporting access to creative practice, alternative education and long-term economic opportunities.

Sustaining Artistic Practice

We support artists by creating opportunities for collaboration, performance, and international visibility. Pazifican Arts supports them to expand their networks, develop new work and build more stable and creative livelihoods.

Cultural Exchange

We create spaces in Northern Ireland where Latin American culture can be experienced through live events, workshops, and collaboration with local artists. These spaces broaden access to diverse culture and encourage meaningful exchange with migrant communities and culture.

Our partners

Pazifican Arts is built on collaboration. We work alongside creatives and communities organisations in both Colombia and Northern Ireland to create meaningful cultural exchange. We are always keen to hear from those who would like to partner with us - Feel free to get in contact to start a conversation.
